Account registration details and preferences
Billing and payment information when you subscribe to our services
Resumes, profiles, or documents uploaded to Evaleo (for candidates and recruiters)
Project and workflow data uploaded to NuboPlan
Links, QR codes, campaign data, and analytics in YoRL

Log data (IP address, device type, browser, date/time, pages visited, actions taken)
Cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality and analytics

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Specific to YoRL, Evaleo, and NuboPlan:

Subscriptions: All paid accounts are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/annual).
Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase/renewal. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
Cancellations: Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Items: One-time setup fees, consulting services, and partially used billing cycles are non-refundable.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

Trusted service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors, customer support)
Business partners under confidentiality obligations
Government or regulatory authorities when required by law
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, user data may be transferred subject to safeguards
