These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, products, and services provided by Techindo Systems Pvt. Ltd. (“Techindo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to our proprietary platforms:

YoRL – link management, URL shortener, QR codes, and analytics (https://yorl.io)
Evaleo – AI-powered recruitment and candidate assessment platform (https://evaleo.co)
NuboPlan – construction and real estate project lifecycle management software (https://nuboplan.com)

By accessing or using any of our websites, platforms, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services immediately.

1. Definitions

“User,” “Customer,” or “you” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our Services.
“Account” means the registered profile created to use our Services.
“Subscription” refers to the paid access to features of YoRL, Evaleo, or NuboPlan.
“Customer Data” means any content, information, or data provided or uploaded by you while using the Services.
“Payment Processor” means third-party vendors authorized by Techindo to process payments securely.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using our Services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
If using on behalf of a company, you are authorized to bind that company.
You will comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, intellectual property, and payment regulations.

3. Service Use

You may access and use the Services solely for lawful business purposes.
You shall not misuse the Services to host, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Techindo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or non-compliance.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 General Payment Rules

All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in product-specific refund policies.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details and ensuring timely payments.
Techindo may suspend or terminate Services for overdue payments.

4.2 YoRL (https://yorl.io)

Base subscription includes URL shortening, analytics, and standard features.
Add-ons such as Branded Domains, Landing Pages, or Geo Insights may be billed separately.
Usage beyond included limits (e.g., link requests, API calls) will be charged at prevailing rates.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before renewal date.

4.3 Evaleo (https://evaleo.co)

Evaleo operates on a per-candidate assessment credit or subscription-based billing model.
Pricing may vary based on number of candidates, AI interview usage, and advanced analytics.
Credits purchased are valid only within the subscription period and cannot be transferred or refunded.
Enterprise customers may enter into separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with custom billing terms.

4.4 NuboPlan (https://nuboplan.com)

Subscription is role-based and project-based, depending on number of users and projects.
Additional modules (DPR tracking, vendor management, site recce, etc.) may incur extra charges.
Fees for integrations (e.g., ERP or CRM systems) are billed separately.
Late payments beyond 30 days may attract suspension of project dashboards and reporting access until dues are cleared.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only in line with each product’s refund policy.
No refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods or partial months.
In case of payment disputes, you must notify us at connect@techind.co within 7 business days of the transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, software, and related intellectual property of Techindo, YoRL, Evaleo, and NuboPlan remain the exclusive property of Techindo Systems Pvt. Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or resell our Services without prior written consent.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Techindo complies with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), and other applicable international privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA where relevant).
Use of our Services is subject to the respective Privacy Policies of YoRL, Evaleo, and NuboPlan.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of your personal and business data in accordance with these policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Techindo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or service interruption.
Our maximum aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Techindo may terminate immediately in case of violation of these Terms or non-payment.
Upon termination, your access to Services will cease, and Customer Data may be retained for 90 days for export before deletion.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

11. Amendments

Techindo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on https://techind.co/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
